Had a Captiva that needed alot of work they got it in and fixed all the issues and were really nice and did the repairs in a timely manner

I will not be taking anything I own back here.. I was charged way too much for my truck to get "fixed" $300 for an axle alone and $300 for the labor.. I kept asking for the bill amount and got told it was maybe ganna be one price but it was actually 5 xa that amount.. said they fixed the alignment on it but the truck still goes anyway it wants.. They greased up the outside of my truck and didn't clean it off put the used tires in the bed of my truck instead of disposing them themselves.. told me I had to get rid of them myself . My jeep that they worked on I didn't have to pay for that Decatur auto sales did but they are the candy that was in my jeep.. I have grease marks all on the inside of my jeep and those weren't there B4 it was dropped off to them.. they will rup u off.. everyone is correct when they say they don't answer when u call and if they do u can't get a straight answer..wanted us to drop the jeep off so bad so they could work on it then it got pushed back not bc of a snow storm but bc of other things.. garbage thrown in the bed of my truck and his friends using my truck bed as a drink holder.. don't I mean don't bring ur stuff here to get worked on.. also took my tru

Can’t leave zero stars ! Terrible customer service, never answer phone. Had my gas tank for 2 months, went there to check on it several times. Never got it repaired right. Jb weld in place of weld/brazing. Took to place in Springfield, they repaired it correctly for less money. Learned my lesson the hard way!

We paid for a used motor but because of my uncle working there and them getting into it. He is almost refusing to let me get said motor on this day because it is his birthday and he doesn’t want to work even if the posted business hours says so. Sad these low end “mechanics” are allowed to run businesses.

Jim's been great to work with on my business vehicle. I've had to have a full brake system overhaul at my request and a rear main seal fixed. Both times I dropped it off over the weekend because he'll work Saturday and Sunday for clients that need to have there vehicle throughout the week. Not many shops advertise open 7 days a week. It works out perfect so I'm not down a vehicle. They are only a 2 man crew so when they're busy be patient because they can get backed up. Which is why I schedule my work ahead of time and I get it as a small business owner/operator myself. I pre schedule so my vehicle can be the focus on the weekends. Price is very reasonable for Saturday/ Sunday work as I myself wouldn't work all weekend at normal rates.
